Frank Carroll (b. December 20, 1878 in Guelph, Ontario, Canada) a former Canadian ice hockey player and coach. Carroll was head coach of the Toronto St. Pats for one season, 1920–21. He won the Stanley Cup with brother Dick in 1914, 1918 serving as the Trainer.
